As I have made this blog exclusively for writing about North-East India,So I thought what could be the better way to start off than writing about the The Gateway of North-East India–Guwahati.
Born and Brought up in Guwahati,I believe I know the city pretty well and why shouldn’t I–Believe me I can go on bragging about Guwahati and North-East India and will never stop.. ๐
As we all know NE India is composed of Seven Sister State-Assam,Arunachal,Manipur,Mizoram,Meghalaya,Nagaland and Tripura and the Himalayan State of Sikkim. This blog will mainly be focusing on different traditions, culture, tourism, people, festivals of NE India
But for the Time Being let me introduce my City–Guwahati.. ๐
As I said the it is the main city of NE India,so whoever plans to make a trip to NE India is bound to go through Guwahati,So known as the Gateway of India..In recent times development is going at full pace in Guwahati to make it stand inline with the other Metropolitan Cities in India..
The main languages ย is Assamese though Hindi and English is widely used there. It is also pretty well connected with the rest of India.

As it is your city, I believe you will have a few thousands of photos in ur camera ๐ And I wish there was not this much distance between the LIKE button and the COMMENTS section ๐
Hahaha..Photos..When I was in Guwahati I din’t thought of clicking them as I thought I will never be away from my Place..But this time When I am there I will make sure that I have enough of Photos to share over here… ๐
And let me check out the distance you are talking about.. ๐
I hope u manage to capture the perfect photo in the process ๐
Well, I take photos of my place because I am stuck here & became a caged photographer ๐ ๐
Yes Surely I will…Because staying away from My Place made me realise how beautiful my place is.. ๐
Caged Photography is good in itself because you are surrounded always with your own place.. ๐
Yes, until the resources to be captured finishes; but i guess that never ends, as the river came up into our garden this year & that added to the possibilities even as we lost our whole lawn in the process ๐
Check out the Distance..I guess now it is fine..Thanks for pointing that out.. ๐
Yes it is fine; looks good ๐
