Kaziranga National Park is one such place in India that has conserved the natural wonders and beauty of the region. Kaziranga National Park was established in Assam to protect the population of one-horned rhinoceroses. Due to its scenic beauty and the conservation efforts by the government and the authorities, Kaziranga National Park was declared a World Heritage Site in India by UNESCO in 1985. The park covers 430 square kilometers of land occupied by tall grasses, marshland and dense forests.

Kaziranga National Park is considered a haven for a wide variety of wild flora, fauna and avifauna. This national park holds about two-third of the total world population of the Great Indian one-horned rhinoceroses. Kaziranga is also home to the endangered Wild Asiatic Water Buffalo. I will start off with Arunachal Pradesh

Itā€™s time for Meghalaya tour.Meghalaya is another tourist destination in NE India and it borders with Assam and Bangladesh.

Now itā€™s time we move on from Mizoram and get closer to another naturally beautiful state of NE India-Nagaland.It lies in the far-east of North East bordering with Assam,Arunachal Pradesh,Manipur and International Borders with Myanmar.

The Capital of Nagaland is Kohima.It is known for its virgin beauty and the amazing views of the Naga Hills.The place holds historical importance as the site of the battle between the British and Japanese troops during the World War II.The main important and largest city of Nagaland is Dimapur which is also the commercial capital of Nagaland,all business flows in and out through Dimapur.
